-Our rental season runs April through October each year.
-Check in for all overnight rentals is 3pm. Check out is 11am.
-Daytime Rentals are from 8am through 8pm.
-We are a drug and alcohol free facility. There is no smoking in or around COH-owned buildings.
-All overnight rentals have a 2-night minimum stay.

Rates are per night:
Weekend rates apply to Friday and Saturday nights, as well as major holidays. (Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Columbus Day).
Weekday rates apply to Sunday through Thursday nights.

Large open space located below the Dining Hall. Available year-round for rentals.

North Picnic Pavilion (Covered)
16 picnic tables (seating about 200), water, electricity, stove, refrigerator, and recreational field surrounding, with toilet facilities nearby.
Grilling in designated areas only. No open fires.

9 Picnic tables (seating about 90), with water, electricity, toilet facilities, and space for recreation.

Cottage Renters - May use during their stay for no additional charge (up to the maximum number of occupants per cottage).
Pavillion Renters- $5 per swimmer
Individual Season Membership - $175/season
Family Season Membership - $350/season - up to 6 family members
Groups of 20 or more must arrange use in advance.
